Simple and obvious though the rule may be, it is often not heeded: high-calibre consultancy services capable of achieving the very best results for clients can be delivered only by those who have a profound understanding of the client’s company and its key markets. That is why each client relationship with Charles Barker is preceded by hearings with client-side management and – where appropriate – a thoroughgoing analysis of the current situation in the respective market.

Our aim at all times is to set client companies and their products clearly apart from the competition by identifying standout features which, in certain segments at least, enable them to be clearly seen and heard above the “market noise.” Working from this as base, we then go on to develop key messages designed to secure a distinctive positioning for companies and products in their respective markets and competitive arenas.

Once this foundation has been laid, we devise a programme of tailor-made communications activities based on the corporate positioning. We assume responsibility for the full-service execution of these measures in PR and press relations, copy, print and online products, thus assuring an efficient, transparent, consistent, and high-quality implementation.
